Specialist Leaders of Education

SLEs (Specialist Leaders in Education) are outstanding professionals in middle and senior leadership positions (such as deputies, subject leaders, phase leaders, school business managers) who have the capacity, skills and commitment to support others in similar positions. In our alliance, Specialise Leaders in Education work as part of a team to develop the delivery of school improvement by sharing effective practice and knowledge within and beyond the alliance. Our Specialist Leaders in Education understand what outstanding practice in their area of specialism looks like and are skilled in helping others achieve it.

We currently have a team of 11 SLEs with a range of specialisms who are available to support you in your school. Further information on our of SLEs and how to request support is listed below.
